Terms of service

These terms apply when you browse the website, create an account, use an IMEI service or place an unlocking order.

Last updated: 6 November 2026

Service provider and acceptance

Official Mobile Unlocking provides independent online ordering, IMEI checks and eligible carrier or network unlock-request services. By using the site or paying for an order, you agree to these terms, the refund policy, privacy policy and any service-specific terms shown before purchase.

Device ownership and lawful use

You confirm that you own the submitted device or have clear authorization from its lawful owner. You must not use the service for a lost, stolen, fraudulent or unlawfully controlled device. We may reject, pause or request information for an order that presents a security, ownership or compliance concern.

What the service covers

A carrier or network unlock addresses an eligible SIM or network restriction. Unless a service explicitly says otherwise, it does not remove screen locks, passcodes, Apple ID or Google account locks, Activation Lock, Factory Reset Protection, MDM restrictions or blacklist records.

Your order information

You are responsible for submitting the correct IMEI, model, country, original carrier, email and service. An incorrect detail can cause delay, supplier rejection or an irreversible result for the wrong device. Review the detected model, price, turnaround and service terms before payment.

Eligibility and compatibility

Purchase does not guarantee carrier approval. Eligibility may depend on account standing, finance status, activation history, carrier policy, blacklist status and fraud checks. An unlocked device must still support the replacement network’s bands, technology, SIM or eSIM and regional requirements.

Pricing, USDT and confirmation

Prices are displayed in USD and paid using a supported USDT network. You are responsible for choosing the exact network and sending the displayed amount to the displayed address. Blockchain fees and transfers to the wrong network or address are outside our control. An order is created only after payment verification succeeds.

Accounts and communications

When a new email completes checkout, we may create a customer account and email temporary access details. If the email already belongs to an account, the order is linked to it. You are responsible for securing access and notifying us of suspected misuse.

Turnaround and results

Processing times are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. Carrier, supplier, network and security reviews can affect timing. Completion information is delivered through the account, order tracker or email.

Acceptable use and availability

You must not probe, disrupt, automate abusive traffic, bypass controls, reuse payment transactions or attempt unauthorized access. We may rate-limit or suspend access. The website may be unavailable during maintenance or events outside reasonable control.

Liability and governing rights

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, carrier decisions, device incompatibility, third-party outages or blockchain mistakes outside our control. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
