A phone unlock service with a clear scope

Official Mobile Unlocking helps customers submit eligible IMEI unlock requests for supported iPhone, Samsung and Google Pixel devices. Carrier unlocking can allow a compatible phone to use another network, but it does not remove passcodes, account locks or blacklist records.

Helpful answers

Frequently asked questions

What is a phone network unlock?

A network or carrier unlock removes an eligible carrier restriction so a compatible phone can accept supported SIM cards from other networks.

Is this a passcode, iCloud or FRP bypass service?

No. Our services address eligible network or carrier restrictions. They do not remove screen passwords, PINs, Activation Lock, Google accounts, Samsung accounts or Factory Reset Protection.

Does unlocking a phone erase its data?

A carrier unlock normally does not erase photos, apps or personal settings. Keeping a current backup is still recommended before changing SIMs or device settings.

How do I find my phone's IMEI?

Dial *#06# where supported or open the device's About section in Settings. Submit the number carefully because eligibility and processing are tied to the IMEI.

Can a blacklisted phone be network unlocked?

Network lock and blacklist status are different. A carrier unlock does not remove a lost, stolen, fraud or unpaid-device blacklist record.

How long does a phone unlock take?

Turnaround depends on the device, carrier and selected service. The estimated time is shown before ordering, and progress is available in your account.
